Skills
10+ years of experience in residential architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Registered Architect in Arizona (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and Monday.com is a plus
Strong knowledge of design guidelines, building codes, and permitting processes
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring top-quality construction documents
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between the team and leadership
Review project documentation for quality assurance and compliance with building codes
Lead teams in developing detailed construction documents tailored to each project’s needs
Establish project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to keep everything on track
Manage permit submissions and approvals efficiently
Provide mentorship and direction to support staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness in construction documents
Work closely with interior designers, consultants, and engineers to coordinate plans
Represent the firm in meetings with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
Monitor project progress across all phases and assist with construction administration as needed
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in residential architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
