We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee utility-scale Solar PV projects across the United States. This senior-level role combines strategic project management with client engagement, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide a talented team of engineers and designers, utilizing expertise in PVSyst and other modeling software to deliver high-quality power generation solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in advancing renewable energy initiatives, contributing to projects in Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from initial planning and design through to implementation and final delivery
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction at the senior level
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers and designers, guiding them through the design process and helping them utilize PVSyst and other advanced modeling software effectively
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources strategically to maintain efficiency and meet project timelines
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with client and organizational objectives
  • Provide thought leadership in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives in Solar, Wind, and BESS, and sharing best practices across teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience managing utility-scale Solar PV projects, with a proven track record of successful outcomes
  • Strong client-facing experience, skilled at managing high-level client relationships across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing technical teams
