You’ll manage the intake, completion, and submission of RFXs and custom proposals for a variety of products and services, including fund administration, governance, entity management, and business administration and compliance. Skills

• At least seven years of RFP experience, preferably in financial services or a similar complex industry
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives
• Experience with RFP software (Qvidian or similar)
• Proactive and collaborative attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming RFX projects from start to finish
• Maintain and develop a library of RFP responses
• Collaborate with internal resources to gather product-specific information
• Package, execute, and deliver final RFXs that meet client specifications
• Connect with leadership to obtain approval for RFX content
• Collaborate on enhancements and process improvements
• Ensure all responses are accurate, timely, and meet deadlines
• Track RFX results via Salesforce and assist with compiling reports
• Handle ad hoc duties as needed
• Manage and mentor two to three colleagues

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
