  • Experience with C++ software engineering or computer science
  • RF expertise in antennas and track filters
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory and materials properties

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and develop RF antennas, track filters, and other electrical components
  • Supervise the testing and manufacturing of electrical equipment and systems
  • Utilize C++ software for modeling and simulation of weapons, communications, or sensor systems
  • Tackle complex problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop computer-based models and simulations
  • Mentor and supervise employees in technical competencies

Qualifications

  • Experience with modeling and simulation of weapons, communications, or sensor systems
  • Secret clearance required
  • Proven background in electrical engineering or physics

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related fields

Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics (Bachelor’s) or 4+ years (Master’s)
  • 12+ years of experience is a bonus, especially if you have worked as a domain expert in an integrated product team
  • Knowledge of foreign ground C4 systems, combat systems, and communication systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with simulation frameworks such as ODESSA, ITASE, or AFSIM is advantageous
  • Top Secret clearance is an added benefit
