About the Role: As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge frontend solutions using React and Next.js. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse array of professionals, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver frontend applications that are not just high-quality but also performant and scalable. Moreover, you'll provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, championing best practices and ensuring top-notch code quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing frontend applications using React and Next.js. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design principles. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Bonus points for experience in project leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical initiatives.
