Responsibilities

  • Perform various duties in land acquisitions, negotiations, and property research
  • Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret agreements, deeds, easements, and permits
  • Research and collect real property-related project documents
  • Translate data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of database entries
  • Prepare and submit permit applications
  • Prepare project status, technical, and acquisition reports
  • Assist with subcontractor management, including reviewing contracts and invoices
  • Participate in public involvement meetings
  • Plan, budget, and schedule project activities
  • Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (applicable experience may substitute for degree)
  • Minimum of 4 years in Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain experience preferred
  • SR/WA designation or IRWA certifications preferred
  • Real Estate Broker or Sales license preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general real estate law and title work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong presentation skills
