Skills

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technical integrations, particularly with financial systems and data migrations
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, client-facing implementations, and experience in both direct execution and strategic process development
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scope, initiation, and delivery of SaaS implementations for customers with ARR of \(50k-\)100k+
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Build and manage detailed project plans for customer-facing projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of each project phase
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement to enhance scalability
• Create reusable assets such as templates and checklists for future implementations
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to align stakeholders and track progress
• Establish a project management function within the organization

Qualifications

Required:

• 5-8 years of experience managing SaaS or IT system implementations, particularly with financial system integrations and data migrations
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification
• Experience in private equity-backed vertical SaaS or consulting
• Familiarity with back-office financial management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Experience with internal professional services P&L management

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not explicitly stated.
