Skills

  • 10+ years of experience successfully securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director).
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a disciplined work ethic.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, file-sharing tools, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively secure and schedule meetings with high-level decision-makers on behalf of our clients.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through various channels to maximize meeting opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM activity daily, optimizing strategies and enhancing results.
  • Confirm meetings, document outcomes, and provide bi-weekly performance updates.
  • Participate in meetings via videoconferencing and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to clients, prospects, and team members.
  • Offer consultative sales insights to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in booking meetings with senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented work ethic.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
