Skills

  • Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space
  • 7+ years selling Professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS (a plus)
  • Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
  • Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients in the staffing sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Drive sales and meet revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition
  • Established network in the talent ecosystem

Education Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years in professional staffing sales, with specific experience in IT, F&A, or Engineering fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in Managed Services is a plus
