Skills

  • Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services sector
  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years of selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS (a plus)
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients in the Professional Staffing and Managed Services sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to drive growth and success
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong established relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
