Description

The Salesforce Application Developer will support the maintenance and enhancement of a Salesforce Provider Portal within the NC FAST application. The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a technical specialist to enhance and maintain the Salesforce Provider Portal for the Emergency Child Care Subsidy Program module. This portal will facilitate services for childcare providers catering to the children of essential workers. The Senior Salesforce Application Developer will oversee the overall development and product management of the Salesforce Provider Portal, which includes compiling requirements, managing risks, supporting user roles and profiles, and identifying opportunities for optimization and integration of applications.

• 7 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby)
• Proven ability to design and manage applications effectively

Education Requirements

• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce technologies
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in software development with object-oriented languages
