The Wellness Plan Medical Centers (TWP) operates five medical centers in metro Detroit, dedicated to providing quality primary care and health services to uninsured and underinsured residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Recognized by The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), TWP symbolizes quality in healthcare.

We are seeking a highly organized scheduling coordinator to manage the calendar of one of our senior managers. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up appointments, managing travel arrangements, and promptly notifying participants of any rescheduled or canceled meetings.
