The ServiceNOW Developer Architect will take the lead in delivering automation solutions for DIT Operations. This role involves influencing the implementation and ongoing support of the DIT CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Database while coordinating integrations between various systems such as ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, and ordering systems. The position aims to leverage multiple data sources to create valuable dashboards and visualizations for both internal and external customers.

Skills

• Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNOW IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and/or Event Management (7+ years)
• Proficiency in shell, Perl, Python, or Java scripting (7+ years)
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to create and define a vision and roadmap for automation and integrations
• Experience in developing custom applications and data governance

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large custom applications and automations in ServiceNOW
• Create the vision and define the roadmap for custom workflow automations
• Manage the entire lifecycle of custom automation applications and integrations
• Lead projects to gather and synthesize requirements, evaluate options, and implement solutions
• Promote effective governance of data models and integrity within automation efforts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNOW development and architecture
• Proven experience in managing automation projects and integrations
• Strong background in scripting and application development

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNOW ITSM and ITOM solutions
