Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical solution strategy and capture/proposal support for federal agencies
• Proven experience with government technical bids, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development
• Strong background in AWS cloud, full-stack architecture, and enterprise systems
• Hands-on knowledge of AI, ML, and secure system design
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create visual storyboards and executive-level presentations
• Proficient in Figma or Mural for visual solution architecture
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Full-stack knowledge
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and technical strategy for federal capture and proposal efforts
• Own RFP/RFI responses, technical narratives, and solution design documentation
• Meet with customer technology leaders to assess needs and define roadmaps
• Build compelling solution narratives that convey complex technology in business terms
• Make technology stack and architectural recommendations for proposed engagements
• Collaborate with growth, capture, R&D, and engineering teams to develop successful bid strategies
• Present final solutions and proposals to internal stakeholders and government clients
• Oversee proof-of-concept development and resource requirements
• Manage high-stakes deadlines and competing priorities with confidence
• Represent the company externally with clarity and credibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Databricks experience preferred
• Software development background preferred
