The Technical Specialist is a senior-level resource with specialized knowledge and experience, primarily serving as the contract Technical Lead assigned to the NCCRIS project. This position functions within the Enterprise Test Team and supports IT Management across all levels in delivering and supporting software testing disciplines for NCDOT-T. The Technical Lead will provide guidance on best practices and industry standards for software testing at an enterprise level, overseeing various testing activities including Component Integration, System Integration, Regression, Performance, and Disaster Recovery Testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities required for software testing implementation, maintenance, and support

• Collaborate with IT management to develop plans for software testing needs
• Assist with collecting and communicating service-related information through dashboards and reports
