Skills

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven high agency and a track record of delivering ambiguous goals
• Fluent with modern AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
• Full-stack experience with a strong understanding across different layers
• Strong product instincts, capable of making UX and prioritization decisions
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills for concise updates

Responsibilities

• Transform vague, high-level goals into functional software with minimal supervision
• Take ownership of large scopes: break down problems, sequence tasks, and drive them to completion
• Make independent UX and scope judgment decisions
