• Licensed to practice law in the state
• 5+ years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong focus on transactional matters
• Expertise in handling complex real estate transactions, including financing structures, entity formation, and partnership agreements
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and tax implications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handle complex real estate matters, including entity formation, financing options, and corporate governance

• Review and analyze real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Perform title reviews and identify potential legal risks
