Licensed to practice law in the state
5+ years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong focus on transactional matters
Expertise in handling complex real estate transactions, including financing structures, entity formation, and partnership agreements
Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and tax implications
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail

Responsibilities
