Description
The Senior Trial Attorney will represent insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, as well as subrogation and company cases. This role involves preparing for and conducting hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. The attorney will also be responsible for preparing and arguing pre and post-trial motions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  
• 5+ years of trial experience in relevant areas of law
  
• Active license to practice law in the state of New York
  
• Strong background in defense litigation
