The Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel will provide legal and strategic advice across various areas of the company, including intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment-related agreements, and litigation. This role offers the flexibility to take ownership of matters from start to finish.

You will draft, review, and negotiate customized contracts and policies, approaching commercial issues pragmatically and often without established precedents or templates.
