• Welcoming and seating guests with a warm demeanor
• Presenting the tea menu and making recommendations
• Engaging with guests throughout their dining experience
• Maintaining clear communication with kitchen and operations teams
• Preparing and resetting tables efficiently
• Greeting guests and checking tickets as a Brand Ambassador
• Providing information about departure times and other details
• Coordinating with colleagues and managers for smooth operations
• Promoting a positive culture and ensuring guest safety
• Completing various reports as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service (preferred)
• Familiarity with culinary terminology (a plus)
