• Experience in sales, relationship-building, or insurance is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Directly influence the profitability and growth of our commercial trucking insurance portfolio.
• Underwrite policies, determine pricing, and rate endorsements with autonomy.
• Build strong partnerships with agents and insureds.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
• Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule, spending three days in our Bloomington, IN office and two days working remotely.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, logistics, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Requirements

• Relevant educational background in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
