Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media ad campaigns, specifically within Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience with product catalogs and pixels within Business Manager is a plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate with clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics functionality and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and develop meaningful insights.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and flawless execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for advertising and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across major platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Manage social media budgets, pacing, and monthly spend reconciliation for assigned accounts.
  • Develop creative insights and optimizations, including ad copy, headlines, calls-to-action, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Buy and optimize media within platform-specific business managers to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights for client strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates, applying new learnings to improve campaign performance.
