Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, especially in cold calling and lead generation (B2B sales experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to meet sales goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote environment
  • Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales activities

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to cold and warm leads via phone, email, and other platforms
  • Present and explain our social media management services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Document all sales activities and interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance strategies and outreach
  • Stay current with industry trends and service offerings for accurate prospect information

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a focus on cold calling and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
  • Ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude
  • Comfortable in a remote work environment
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
