This role involves the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting on paid media campaigns across various platforms, enabling our clients to exceed their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid media campaigns to meet diverse objectives, including conversions, site traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance, proactively communicating insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution that aligns with client goals.
• Continuously leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and achieve outstanding results.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (in-house or agency).
• Proficiency with platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and Programmatic buying.
• Expertise in full-funnel buying strategies, encompassing both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
• Competence in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation and Benefits

We prioritize competitive and equitable compensation. The base salary for this position ranges from \(70,000 to \)80,000 annually, complemented by additional opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
