About the Role We're seeking a skilled software engineering manager with a passion for both technology and leadership. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our customer portal and associated systems, guiding and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver exceptional results. From scoping and designing robust features to collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in driving our projects forward. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on when needed, ensuring our small but mighty team operates at its best.
