Compensation and Benefits

  • Average commission per deal: \(7K–\)10K
  • Earn between \(50 to \)100 per proposal presentation as a Solar Setter
  • 20% M2 commission at permitting and additional payout at installation

  • Sales or Renewable Energy related courses are a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in the solar or renewables sector is an advantage
