Compensation and Benefits

  • Average earnings range from \(60,000 to \)100,000 per year
  • Fast pay program allows immediate compensation upon proposal completion
  • Starting pay of \(50 per proposal, with potential to increase to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume
  • M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and remainder at install/PTO
