Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay structure starting at \(50 per proposal and up to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume
  • M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO
  • Some of the highest pay in the industry

  • Explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in solar or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology for virtual presentations

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
