As a Solar Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to sell solar solutions virtually in 25 states nationwide, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii, guiding potential customers through the sales process to achieve their solar energy goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Average earnings between \(60,000 to \)1,000,000 per year.
  • Fast pay program for setters right after proposal presentations.
  • Starting pay of \(50 per proposal with potential to increase to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume.
  • M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO.
