Compensation and Benefits

• Starting compensation of \(50 per proposal, with the potential to increase to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume
• M2 commission of 20% of the projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO
• Fast pay program available right after proposal presentations

• Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential customers
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our top-tier equipment
• Explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases
• Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
