Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay ranging from \(60,000 to \)100,000 per year
  • Starting at \(50 per proposal, increasing up to \)100 based on volume
  • M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO

  • Explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in solar or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfort with technology for virtual sales presentations
  • High motivation and a goal-oriented mindset

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
