Compensation and Benefits

  • Start at \(50 per proposal with the potential to increase to \)100 per proposal presentation based on volume
  • M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO
  • Fast pay program available right after the proposal presentation is completed

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential customers
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our top-tier equipment
  • Explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in solar or a related industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct virtual sales presentations
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in solar or related industries
  • Experience with virtual sales presentations is a plus
