Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential customers
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our premium equipment
  • Explain financing options clearly, including power purchase agreements and leases
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business, sales, or related field preferred
