Sr. Finance Manager needs 6-8 years of experience in the Accounting/Finance department of a multinational company Sr. Finance Manager requires:  Hybrid: 2 - 3x a week;  Hours: 7:30 - 4:30 pm  CPA, MBA  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting  6-8 years of experience in the Accounting/Finance department of a multinational company  Must be analytical, self-motivated, customer-focused, and have good interpersonal and time management skills  Must be able to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information  Must be able to build relationships across the organization  Strong Excel and financial systems skills required. Sr. Finance Manager duties:  Participate and help manage the monthly closing process. To include, but not limited to:  Prepare and review journal entries  Perform analysis on actual vs budget vs forecast results  Perform and review account reconciliations  Provide updated reports to business managers  Accounting for Commercial Activity – manage the accounting for all commercial activity including customer accounts (sales, incentives/rebate agreement
