• Proficiency in SAP or QuickBooks.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (complex functions).
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Strong organizational awareness and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in commission payment calculations and financial integration of M&A entities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the full Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare and close monthly financial statements.
• Assist with financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end analysis.
• Perform monthly journal entries and support the review of budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in leadership meetings and lead financial discussions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost containment.
• Enhance financial management systems through process improvements and financial modeling.
• Support tax compliance, financial systems, and internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with divisions on month-end reviews.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems and ISO 9001 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or 3+ years of relevant experience).
• Previous work in a service environment and cost accounting is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
