We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Sourcing Analyst who will be responsible for the administration of the company’s strategic sourcing processes, with a strong emphasis on report development, analysis, and program management. This role encompasses various categories including Travel, Shipping, Office Supplies, and Credit cards. You will interact with all levels of the company’s organizational structure, including retail, sales, finance, payroll, and human resources, in managing the company’s internal expenses.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is \(21.65 to \)26.44 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze expense data, creating and managing reports to discover opportunities for cost savings and improved services.
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in collecting and analyzing data for new and existing categories.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, program issues, and vendor relations for various strategic sourcing programs.
  • Create employee communications and training programs to ensure proper usage of internal systems and programs.
  • Collaborate on policy development and assist in promoting compliance.
  • Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and correct expense distribution of strategic sourcing programs to internal divisions.
  • Solicit and coordinate input from employees and department heads regarding vendor performance.
  • Maintain and manage departmental data posted on the company’s intranet.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills
