Responsibilities

  • Engage with students via phone and email, providing guidance on the features and benefits of the school’s programs
  • Assist with student recruitment, application processing, and retention efforts
  • Stay informed about recruitment activities, information sessions, orientations, and registration events
  • Support students with course selection and registration as needed
  • Provide general financial aid information and guidance on next steps
  • Understand the student payment process and financial workflows
  • Work across multiple VPNs and student information systems to update records
  • Manage multiple email accounts and systems for accurate information relay
  • Participate in remote training sessions
  • Maintain a professional and respectful approach in all interactions
  • Follow provided guidelines, meet deadlines, and be receptive to feedback
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or a minimum of 24 college credits, OR at least one year of experience in an educational setting, OR three years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
