Skills

  • Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Missouri
  • Experience working with substance use disorders preferred
  • Background in maternal mental health and substance use is a plus
  • Experience working with adolescents and adults
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, individual counseling, and group therapy for adolescents and adults
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
  • Provide referrals for social services, including financial, community, and state support programs
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs and choices are represented within their healthcare journey
  • Utilize evidence-based clinical criteria to determine the most appropriate level of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and referrals
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management rounds to support seamless transitions of care
  • Uphold ethical and responsible stewardship of resources while striving to meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Missouri
  • Experience working with substance use disorders preferred
  • Background in maternal mental health and substance use is a plus
  • Experience working with adolescents and adults

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
