As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our collections team. You will assist with payment collection efforts, improve data integrity, and help refresh Excel reports.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Email Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers
• Use Microsoft Excel daily to analyze data and update reports
• Create and present ad hoc analysis reports for management
• Escalate past-due concerns to the appropriate teams
• Assist the manager with downloading reports, following up on emails, and auditing data in Tableau

Qualifications

• Current college/university student studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Education Requirements

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program
