Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary at $55,000 per year (depending on experience).

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in supply chain, merchandising, or logistics
• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with AS400, EDI, and Blue Ridge (or similar systems) is a plus
• Valid Florida Driver License

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly demand rates based on delivered business data
• Anticipate seasonal demand changes and plan around holiday factory shutdowns
• Maintain high in-stock levels by managing inventory from overseas and domestic warehouses
• Verify vendor order confirmations and ensure orders are on track
• Issue purchase orders to maintain target stock and inventory levels
• Identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments
• Follow up on issues raised by various internal teams
• Compile and update reports on inventory, projections, and truck scheduling
• Communicate effectively across departments
• Create sample requests for new products or quality issues
• Manage product transitions and closeouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, merchandising, or logistics
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
