In this role, you will work on large-scale initiatives in collaboration with various teams, including International Supply Chain Management, external consultants, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Together, you will design, implement, and execute plans that improve operational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
Manage strategic projects that streamline operations and support business growth.
Use critical thinking and analytical skills to guide project direction and make impactful decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement solutions that align with business needs.
Ensure projects remain on track by effectively managing timelines, action items, and communications.
Oversee project management by organizing, executing, and communicating project tasks to keep initiatives on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
A background in warehouse design, storage implementation, or supply chain processes is a plus.
Strong project management experience, including coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly with team members and stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills are required; knowledge of Tableau is beneficial.
Experience in utilizing data and performance metrics to recommend process improvements and strategic actions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business or supply chain management.
Ability to sit, reach, grasp, and use office equipment; occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.
Minimal travel may be necessary for training, project work, or administrative tasks.

Starting Salary: \(77,000 (Progression: Year 2 - \)80,000, Year 3 - $85,000)
Location: Batavia, IL (Temporary Location: Naperville, IL)
Work Program: Hybrid work available, with the option to work remotely up to 3 days a week and in-office at least 2 days a week.
