Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment and optimization of our platform for customers.
  • Provide technical expertise during the development and testing of new features.
  • Design and integrate system solutions between various platforms.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, technical materials, and training resources.
  • Implement automated workflows and system controls.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive user adoption.
  • Manage system enhancement projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and release procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and analytical reports to aid business decision-making and track KPIs.
  • Prepare business cases and ROI analysis to support system improvements.
  • Establish and maintain master data governance frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and decision trees.
  • Perform root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis for system issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain systems, offering technical guidance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, systems engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
