We are currently seeking a Supply Delivery Technician to join our Pharmacy operations department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all outstanding deliveries are completed in a timely manner, while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow best practices for safety on the road and while loading/unloading a vehicle
  • Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and team members for deliveries
  • Meet delivery deadlines consistently
  • Perform basic maintenance on delivery vehicles
  • Load and unload cargo securely
  • Exchange automated dispensing system cassettes at facilities
  • Obtain client or customer signatures
  • Return used cassettes to the pharmacy

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Pharmacy Technician license required
  • 1 year of billing, long-term care, or retail pharmacy experience desired
