Skills
Extensive experience with conferencing platforms and applications (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms)
In-depth understanding of conferencing system architectures, protocols, and integrations
Proven experience in testing system solutions, including functional and non-functional testing
Expertise in audio quality testing and validation (noise cancellation, echo reduction, audio clarity)
In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience in camera quality testing
Proficiency in assessing video quality (resolution, latency, smoothness)
Familiarity with conferencing hardware and software interoperability
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
Experience troubleshooting complex issues
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with agile methodologies and AI tools
Responsibilities
Align testing strategies with customer needs
Create comprehensive and detailed test plans and cases
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests
Guide and support your team in technical discussions
Mentor and develop your team members
Lead and manage testing projects to achieve timely and successful outcomes
Anticipate and address challenges effectively
Communicate technical concepts clearly to your team and stakeholders
Support strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years in quality engineering, system testing, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
