Skills

  • Extensive experience with conferencing platforms and applications (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms)
  • In-depth understanding of conferencing system architectures, protocols, and integrations
  • Proven experience in testing system solutions, including functional and non-functional testing
  • Expertise in audio quality testing and validation (noise cancellation, echo reduction, audio clarity)
  • In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience in camera quality testing
  • Proficiency in assessing video quality (resolution, latency, smoothness)
  • Familiarity with conferencing hardware and software interoperability
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Experience troubleshooting complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies and AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Align testing strategies with customer needs
  • Create comprehensive and detailed test plans and cases
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests
  • Guide and support your team in technical discussions
  • Mentor and develop your team members
  • Lead and manage testing projects to achieve timely and successful outcomes
  • Anticipate and address challenges effectively
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to your team and stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning and execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years in quality engineering, system testing, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
