• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in quality engineering, system testing, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with conferencing platforms and applications (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms).
• In-depth understanding of conferencing system architectures, protocols, and integrations.
• Proven experience in testing system solutions, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Expertise in audio quality testing and validation (noise cancellation, echo reduction, audio clarity).
• In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience in camera quality testing.
• Proficiency in assessing video quality (resolution, latency, smoothness).
• Familiarity with conferencing hardware and software interoperability.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and AI tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
