Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years in quality engineering, system testing, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with conferencing platforms and applications (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms).
In-depth understanding of conferencing system architectures, protocols, and integrations.
Proven experience in testing system solutions, including functional and non-functional testing.
Expertise in audio quality testing and validation (noise cancellation, echo reduction, audio clarity).
In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience in camera quality testing.
Proficiency in assessing video quality (resolution, latency, smoothness).
Familiarity with conferencing hardware and software interoperability.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and AI tools.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities

Create comprehensive and detailed test plans and cases.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests.
