Description

This on-site position requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Tactical Procurement, which includes responsibilities such as placing purchase orders and following up on them. The selected candidate will troubleshoot invoicing and accounting issues as they arise, collaborating closely with Buyers and Accounts Payable. Additionally, they will be responsible for notifying suppliers of change order revisions and ensuring compliance with the most up-to-date drawings and certificates.

This role includes requesting documentation from suppliers in accordance with our supplier approval process, which encompasses conflict minerals, new supplier forms, business continuity plans, and other necessary information. The candidate will also ensure that all supplier documentation is saved in the appropriate locations as per outlined work instructions.

The selected individual will work directly with select vendors to ensure the availability of items for production and customers. They will also maintain the approved supplier part database in Oracle based on first article approvals.
