We are looking for a Remote Tax & Estate Planning Attorney with strong client engagement skills and expertise in estate planning, trusts, and tax law. Skills

  • Licensed Attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. state
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law (5+ years preferred)
  • Ability to explain complex estate planning concepts clearly
  • Experience with estate planning and tax software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored estate planning solutions
  • Draft, review, and finalize essential estate planning documents including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications of estate planning decisions and assist with probate matters
  • Stay updated on the latest estate planning laws, tax codes, and compliance requirements
  • Clearly communicate strategies to clients and help them understand their options
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals and support staff in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

  • Active and good standing attorney license in at least one U.S. state
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant legal fields
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills

Education Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
