The Teaching and Learning Coach (TLC) plays a critical role in enhancing the educational experience by coaching and consulting with school staff. This position focuses on delivering job-embedded professional development, building organizational capacity in instruction, curriculum, and assessment, while serving as a liaison to the Division of Instruction, Curriculum, and Student Services.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between \(39,273 and \)69,432 per year, depending on educational background and relevant experience. This position is eligible for various benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and professional development opportunities.

  • Enhance data literacy among staff to drive student performance
  • Participate in professional development sessions as scheduled

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of effective classroom experience
  • Master’s degree with current Colorado teacher licensure
  • Experience in professional training and staff development

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Current Colorado teacher license

Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in working with diverse adult learners
