The Teaching and Learning Coach (TLC) plays a critical role in enhancing the educational experience by coaching and consulting with school staff. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between \(39,273 and \)69,432 per year, depending on educational background and relevant experience. This position is eligible for various benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of effective classroom experience
• Master’s degree with current Colorado teacher licensure
