Skills

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven high agency and the ability to ship without needing detailed specs
• Fluency with AI-assisted/agentic development workflows (such as Claude Code, Codex)
• Full-stack capabilities, comfortable across the entire stack
• Strong product instincts with reasoning about UX and priorities
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Clear, concise communication skills with low overhead updates

Responsibilities

• Translate vague, high-level goals into shipped, functional software
• Own large scopes end-to-end, breaking down problems and driving them to completion
• Make independent UX and scope judgment calls
• Work in tight iteration loops, shipping quickly and refining based on feedback
• Utilize coding tools to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Clearly surface blockers and decisions without requiring management

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping
• Experience with side projects, fast prototypes, or 0-to-1 work
• Comfort in early-stage environments with strong product instincts

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
