Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: \(135,000 - \)150,000. Compensation packages are based on market benchmarks, experience, expertise, and geographic location. Equity is available for eligible full-time roles, along with a generous 401(k) match and comprehensive benefits.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in software development)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering or development
  • Experience in building API integrations
  • Proven ability to work directly with architects and engineers
  • Strong understanding of Agile development, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic roadmap for our API Partner Platform and internal tools
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop scalable technical solutions that enhance system stability and reliability
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our API Partner Platform
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear product features
  • Represent customer needs to ensure our API platform is intuitive
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs and user feedback
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering or development
  • Experience in Call Center, Lead Generation, or Customer Experience (CX) industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with Call Tracking/Routing Platforms and real-time Revenue Execution Platforms is preferred
